Stephen P. Robbins is an organizational psychologist. He received his p.h.d. from the university of Arizona. He worked for the Shell Oil Company and Reynolds Metals Company. Since completing his graduate studies, Dr. Robbins has taught at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Concordia University in Montreal, the University of Baltimore, Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, and San Diego State University. He wrote a lot of books that i use very offen, like Organizational Behavior and Fundamentals of Management.Dr. Robbins' research interests have focused on conflict, power, and politics in organizations, as well as the development of effective interpersonal skills. I like his ideas and, in my field, his theory is very value. 110. My teacher in organizational diagnosis,Carlos Díaz, always speak about him, and his books are famous in all the organizational psychology field.I know his work since i did an investigation about the resistance to change in an organization, since then, always use his books if i have to do similar works. Right now, i am doing a research, and the Dr. Robbins has been very helpful. When Stephen Robbins is not working, he participates in masters´track and field competition. And is very good at it¡¡¡¡
